Depression


When is it hard to get out of bed, drum up the energy to do anything, to care for yourself or loved ones, please come in and talk! Psychotherapy and correct medication are the best way to combat depression. Few people will get through their lives without a bout with depression. Being able to acknowledge these feelings, talking about them and looking into the cause, can help you.


Living with depression can be debilitating. If you have feelings of worthlessness, anger turned inward, or emotional deadness, it is important to talk about it.
